I, like many other lads and lasses from several generations, absolutely loved these videos as a child.  As a word junkie and writing enthusiast, Grammar Rock always held a special place in my heart, but Science, Multiplication, and America Rock came in a close second.  Mr. Morton, Mother Necessity, Interplanet Janet, and that little Hero Zero taught me more than some of my official school textbooks, and they’ve remained stuck in my head and dear to my heart long after said textbooks faded into obscurity.  I guess it all just goes to show that you’re never too old to enjoy the Chef’s special of the day with a side of ROCK!

Here’s a link to a channel with all of the Schoolhouse Rock videos for your viewing enjoyment.

And here, because it’s awesome, is “A Noun is a Person, Place, or Thing” – pony style.
